I just got done going through the negative vendor reviews and it's really depressing, so I thought I'd give some positive feedback.
I've done business with Smokeless Image several times and the service has been great each time.
My orders have always been sent out quickly. Order confirmations have been almost immediate and shipping notices always timely.
I've needed customer service a couple of times, but each time it was my own fault, usually needing to add something to my order that I'd forgotten. When I've called them, they were pleasant and helpful. When I've contacted them via email, they were always quick to respond and very helpful.
The only issue I've had is that one time I couldn't alter my order with them because they got it out the door so fast and I didn't contact them quickly enough. I'd placed an order with them yesterday (Saturday) and I needed to alter my order, so I emailed them. Right after that, I received the shipping notice. Too late! However, I got a response from SI today (on a Sunday!).
I really can't say enough nice things about Smokeless Image after my experiences with them.
