Don't know much about the Protank 1. As for 2 or 3, it sounds like it comes down to whether you prefer single or dual coil. Protank 2 has single coil heads, Protank 3 has dual coil.

A lot of people seem to like the Aerotanks, they sound to me like they're basically like the Protanks but with adjustable airflow, I think they use the dual coil heads that the Protank 3s use.

Oh... great question!! :)

No.1 No. It's a crazy air vape of epic proportions. It'll drive you made. Also, they should be about $8 max.

No.2 Not bad actually.... better with an airflow controller too.

No.3 Not for me, I'm afraid - I don't like dual coils either to vape or rebuild the heads.

So - Aerotank wins!

BUT.....

If I had an evod VV, I'd buy an Aspire ET-S and retro-fit the latest BVC coils.

(That's all I've been using now for days.) :)

I would say PT2 with a airflow base, The single coils are cheaper and easier to rebuild if you want later. the dual coils of the pt3 are more expensive and not that much better of a vape. The single coils will not be as bad draining your battery either. the air flow base you should be able to get for less than $5 and you essentialy have the aerotank with single coils. I would get 1.5 or 1.8 ohm coils. I have all of them but use the PT2's the most.

Dual coil heads can be rebuilt to single coil. The single coils and dual coil and the new updated enclosed dual coils can also be rebuilt in to vertical coils which I think gives a better vape as long as you have a tank with good airflow

The only time I was ever satisfied with my Kanger tanks, and I tried them all including the new Mega, was when I started rebuilding the coils and wicking them with cotton. If I were you, I would go with the new aspire nautilus mini, or the old nautilus with the new vertical heads that come with the mini. A smaller option is the gladius, which I also own. Its the size of the protank mini, but is a much better vape. And cheaper.

Only my humble opinion.

Really happy with it so far, the 3.8ml capacity is awesome and the overall quality of the tank is great :)
