I'm looking for a new glass clearo, and I'm looking at these two because I'm not really a fan of dual coils. I have seen a lot of complaint about leaking with the PT2 Mini, and some reviews say current production version has really thin glass and QC is lacking. Most reviews say the Davide has better flavor and I haven't seen many complaints about leaking, plus it can use BVC, BDC, and Kanger Evod/PT2 coils. Downside is most people say the draw is extremely airy, which I'm not a fan of, and some reviews say construction is better than PT2, some say it's worse.

For me (imho) the protank 1 was the best version of the family as far as that goes. Always had probs with the other ones.
Are you able to rebuild the coils? If yes i bet you know what I would suggest... (ends with fun...just sayin)

Have you looked at the aspire tanks? Pretty sure you can still get single coils for them and they have adjustable AF.

I've never seen any single coils for the Nautilus tanks, and I've tried the non-Nautilus BDC and BVC coils. The BDC coils don't wick fast enough, the BVC wicked too much and gurgled/flooded constantly.

I could probably manage to rebuild coils but I've never tried and not really interested in getting into that at this point.

Fair enough. Maybe the Davide AF can be modulated... ie; on the later Evod glass tanks I would normally cover one of the three air holes with scotch tape to get the draw I preferred.
