ProTank coils in Evod?

I recently received an order of ProTank replacement coils by accident when I ordered Evod coils. I was just wondering if you can use the ProTank coils in the Evod clearomizers. There are a number of posts here and elsewhere saying you can use the Evods in the Protank, but I'm not sure if the reverse is true. I'd rather not open them up and try them because then I can't exchange them for what I ordered. Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm fairly new at this so I would rather not have to make any modifications to the coils if that's whats needed to use them, sending them back would just be easier. Thanks!

Don't quote me on this but i believe you can switch the tops of the protank replacement coil with the top of your current evod coils if you are in a hurry and need to swap out heads

Yes you can! I ordered some from MT Baker Vapor thinking it was Evod coils but it was Protank coils. It will give a little more airy draw like the protank but I find I like them better then the ones that came with the evod.

From the above post you don't have to switch out the posts. I didn't and have no problem with it.

Thanks for the quick answers ionek and cocacola. Cocacola, i'm glad to hear it worked for you. I think i'll give it a try then. I do have a Protank as well, so if i'm stuck with them it's not that big of a deal, but I mostly use my Evods and didn't want to have to wait for an exchange. Thanks!!

Works great and i agree cocacola - i like the airier draw better too.
