ProTank & Lemon Cheesecake

I just got some Lemon cheesecake juice in the mail & I opened a brand new KPT to put it in. After less than 2 hours, I had a gurgly draw & noticed that almost all of the juice was gone. I pulled it apart, replaced the coil & the bottom screw on part & it was even more leaky. As I was cleaning up the juice from all over everything, the mouthpiece came off the tank. Similar to the pic in this post:

Just curious if it is coincidence that my mouthpiece came off in the same fashion, and both of us were using citrus flavored juice. I love my KPT, and I really like the lemon cheesecake juice, but I need to know if they are compatible.

I doubt it has anything to with the e-liquid. A lot of people have had issues with the glued glass/metal junction. Unfortunately, quality control isn't a major concern in China.

I think it's just QC troubles, I had a T3 come apart between the plastic and metal bottom the same way. Not enough glue sometimes or just not a good seal IMO.

How old was the brand new tank - Kanger had issues and reworked the Tank assembly process as well as addressing 510 issues. New tanks are just now reaching Dealers.

I had gotten the tank abt a week before the lemon cheesecake, so relatively new but not the new style.

Give the Food grade Silicon a try and let it cure 48hrs minimum just to be safe.

I tried the kanger Pro Tank and had the same issue, juice everywhere, ugh. I hope this fix will allow me to try the Tank without issues. Thanks for posting.
