ProTank mini 3 + eGo vv v3 mega issue

Hi guys!
Yesterday i've bought eGo vv v3 mega (1300 mah) & kanger pro tank mini 3 (1,5 ohms).
When i puff & low voltage settings (up to 3,7) everything works fine but I don't like the vape amount and the throat hit i get. When i'm trying to increase voltage (up to 4 and a bit) my battery cut-offs while i'm doing hit. When i connect my another clearo to battery (aspire bdc ce 5) it works good on any voltage settings, & when i connect my protank to another battery (spinner) everything works fine on every voltage setting as well. Would i be able to get better throat hit & more vape if i'll get 2,0 ohm head? I know it's a kinda noobie question, but i'm really new to vaping, so i hope you can help me)

P.S. Sorry for my english)

I think you are hitting the amp limit on the ego vv that you have. Most variable voltage ego battery's will not fire a 1.5ohm coil any higher than 3.6-3.8v. I am not sure how the ego vv reacts to hitting the amp limit, I know that a ego twist battery will just fire at 3.7 or so regardless of how much higher you set it. Maybe someone with more experience with that battery can say for sure if it shuts down under that situation. For a ego battery 2.0-2.5ohm coils seem to work best in my experience.
