As for your question, I don't see why that would be a problem. I've done that with some other gear, blocking an air hole to make the draw more to my liking (though I haven't used the Protanks, specifically). The only thing to keep an eye on is to make sure by tightening up the draw you're not causing it to feed too much juice and flood, but otherwise I don't see why you couldn't cover one up :)

I'm really liking these tanks, after using Iclears. It's a bit airy for me though. Would it be a sin to keep one of the vent holes covered, while vaping? :blush:

sure give it a try, if it effects the performance of the tank just stop

I use blue painters tape, cut to perfect size (cover one or even two holes)
some I have a toothpick broke off in a hole (another toothpick to remove)

some tanks, just to temp boost performance, I just hold my finger over
a hole or two and suck to flood wick... (watch bubbles rise)

experiment away, don't be scared :D

(can always return to normal)
