Protank uncharacteristicly leaking

Every time my wife fills her protank it starts leaking. Sometimes it's from the connecter and others its from the top where the glass goes under the metal. The tank isn't cracked from what we can see. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I just started using one yesterday. Tell you the truth I'm not that familiar with them. But it's gotta be some seal that is used at the top of the glass tank and an o-ring at the bottom to seal the connector. Like I said new to this tank.

Yes, the seal is broken between the Top and Glass.
You will need to silicone seal it to stop leaking. It is allowing air to enter the tank and force liquid out the bottom. First release Protanks had a lot of this issue.
Food Grade silicone will work well.

This is what Edward from Sun-Vapers.com has come up with as the reason some Protanks are having the seal issue. I just happened to see it the other day on his Facebook.
