Yeah bro, went back to the stupid shop and still give me same old battery.. given up already, gotten go to another shop and buy.

Never ever attempt to convert a ICR to unprotected. You may end up blowing your lips and fingers. These do not have the same composition with IMRs.

Remember the MRT phone charger fire? High chance it is using non-protected ICR and the circuitry of the charger failed.

Sony vtc5 and LG he2 (and the purple 35a Efest, the same battery as the LG) are probably the best ones right now. Great voltage curves, high amp ratings (30 vs 20a), low internal resistance, and safe chemistry. Not sure if they come in nipple top variants though.

I have not try anything cause as what i know is, Provari recommend to use AW IMR Battery.

So i want to know which battery is the same or better than AW IMR.

Well Bro, Provari recommends AW because of the nipple head. IMO any IMR nipple head cells would work well on Provari.

Sony VTCs are great however it won't work on Provari unless you got the adaptor IIRC.

Yup, but just to clarify, the Efest 35A limit is PULSED discharge vs VTC5's continuous discharge. Both will be more than sufficient for all but the most extreme subohm builds.

Yes, the LG/"35a" Efest is 20 amps continuous, but as you say it's more than sufficient for most builds. I myself wouldn't feel comfortable doing a build that would require a 30a battery :) (though higher amp rating is always a good thing, if for example the mod starts to auto-fire)

Hmm, i was confuse by them cause they recommends AW cause they said they tried out lot of battery and this work the best from their website.

So i at least want to know which battery i can get from local if my AW ever die on me.
