My Protege just arrived and, although I realised it was going to be smaller than it looks on YouTube, I had no idea just how tiny it really is. It's smaller than my middle finger and I don't have huge sausagey fingers! 
I bought it with the 510 atty and, after charging the batteries, I put some drops of Menthol Ice in and took a deep draw... Graaaakkkk - I hadn't blown out the oily crud off the atty and it tasted like a minty gorilla's armpit.
After clearing out the atty properly, the vape was awesome. Cool draw, much easier than my 601 and loads of flavour. They are both 3.7v devices but no comparison in terms of vapour, throat hit and flavour. The Protege wins, hands down.
I live in Canada and it only took 11 days to get here, which is something of a miracle. I assumed customs would hold it up forever but it just sailed through with no duty payable.
Great service from Pure Smoker and, even though it's early days, I know I'm going to be very happy with the purchase. It's a quality piece of kit that looks and feels great, especially with the stainless steel 510 atties.
I'm slowly working through the ten flavours I ordered but I guess it will take me a couple of days and I'm in no rush. Love the Menthol Ice so far but not overly keen on the Riskee juice but maybe there's still some of that oily crud affecting the flavour. I've got 4 x 510 atties, so I can pick four of my favourites to carry with me.
My wife is very impressed but might go for the Janty Ego, as she thinks it looks sexier. lol
