Got some questions for ya though.

I'm kind of confused is it like an amp? Does it just help draw more from the battery and raise the voltage? and also would it be fine if i put it on my 650 mah pass through id probably just use it at home for when i'm dripping and want allllllllllllllllll the flavour i can get. . When u take a hit do you have to hold down both battery buttons? thx for your help this looks truly awesome!

You hold just the battery button, the thing on the booster is a dial not a button. Very interesting product, if pricey. If it works on a 14500 or 18650 I might get one for VV reos lol

Im sure its just a op amp, with a probably a smoothing cap due to the egos pwm 3.2v. the "button" on the booster is infact just a dial for the varistor all the way clockwise is 3.2V and all the way counter clockwise is 4.7v with the in betweens being in between. the extra voltage would come at the expense of extra current, so therefore lower battery life.probably akin to LR atties like 3.2v and 1.5ohms is 2.1amps, so about 6.8watts of power.. I dont think you wanna stick a lr at 1.5ohms and 4.7v cause that would give a unregulated 3.1 amps and i dont think the ego battery would like that much. even though i have been using a 1.8-1.9 ohm atty, in reality its probably not the greatest on the battery. any way that is all way off the mark, this thing is pimp, and im sure you could use this on any 3.7v battery with varying levels of success depending on the ability of the voltage source you use.

Now to wait for the East to copy it and sell it for cheaper........

not an op amp unless it has a secondary power source built into it. most likley a boost chip in it.

Got mine. Pritty cool it won't be a all time thing for me but its a nice addition to the collection and gives me a easy vv option for the ol' ego

Its a great addition, some flavors dont really shine unless you up the voltage a little bit.... I only use my egos to flavor test, so its perfect, for my needs.

I just got mine today and just woke up from my nic coma. This little thing is amazing! Being able to dial up/down the voltage really allows you to let your juice shine and really give you that "boost" that you might be looking for.

Even though it does make my eGo a little long with the CE2's I use, and a little top heavy I still love it.

I was starting to look into getting a VV mod, instead I saved myself at least $100 and I get to use equipment I already own (no extra chargers, batteries, etc..).

Anyone thinking about giving this a try or looking into VV should definitely give this a go if you already own eGo equipment.
