ProVape -1 question

I have a question about Provape -1. Does it have the same famous "last puff is the same as first" feel of the bigger ProVaris? Or, in other words, does it have the same high quality of voltage regulation? It's rated at 3.7V, but does it stay at 3.7V under load?

The Provape-1 is a non regulated PV, unlike the Provari, it relies on the batteries charge.
