ProVape 2.1- regulated voltage?

I know most discussion here is for the ProVari (love mine) but I need to know if the ProVape 2.1 is regulated. I have a friend in the mod market but only has $100 or less allotted to spend.

Don't think so, it is more or less not possible to regulate 3.7v...

I believe it is regulated in the manner that it won't fire once the battery reaches a predetermined level of discharge though.

The ProVape-1 is not regulated so as the battery power drops the voltage will drop

I just bought mine.. It's amazing. I love the performance and the feel. One suggestion... make sure you spend the extra few dollars and get really good batteries. I originally bought some TrustFires and they were cheap fakes. Showed 4.2 olts but broke down under load. Really effected the performance. But once I got decent batteries, ... a world of difference.

Yes, I already gave him the 'AW' speech. He knows to get them. I think he's pretty much decided on this for his first mod.
