Provape and E2V4 cartomizers from RoyalSmokers

Hi Guys

I was wondering if any of you guys have the same problem I'm having.

It seems that E2v4 cartomizers from RoyalSmokers don't work with the Provape-1. Anyone tried these cartos and get them to work?

Mine all appear like they're dead on the Provape, but they work fine on my 510 passthrough.

Any suggestions?

Yes i had the same problem, mine worked on all my devices except the GGTB. place something on top of the ceramic pot (I used the handle of a small screwdrive) inside the carto and press down gentlly and evenly some of them are a bit stiff and require a fair bit of pressue. This pushes out the screw like post inside the threaded end of the carto. Then fully screw the carto back onto your provape. The screw/post will then be in the correct position for a good contact. Done this with all mine and no leaks or problems and the cartos work with all devices now.

Just to clarify: I don't need to take the carto apart to do this.

I understand it like: On the bottom of the cart there is that middle part that looks like a screw. I need to put pressure on this, forcing this inner piece into the cartomizer a bit right?

No mate, just the opposite, press down on top of the ceramic pot inside the carto to push the screw thing further out as it isnt making contact with the battery. If it goes out too far press it back in slightly. Then srewing the carto onto the battery will put it in the correct position. You will first have to take out the plastic rings including the one with the two filler holes ( this one can be a bit hard to get out). I would not bother putting back the ring with filler holes use the middle ring flat side down and seat it gently on top of the ceramic pot. Then when you want to refill you just flick it out with a paper clip and drip down the side of the pot.

Now I just got to get the plastic rings back on

You are welcome. As I said I dont bother with inner ring, replace it with the middle ring flat side down, no messing with the syringe to fill then
