Hey, been vaping for a few months and ready to get real. Have to stick two e-cigs in my mouth to get decent hit (not cool,, easy, or fun). So I have done my research and looks like provape is one of the best out there. I would get the provari mini vv but want a starter kit since I'm still new to all this and think the provape-1 would satisfy my needs. And, it's on sale, major dicsount from the newer models when you add all the costs up.

My question would be, what is the difference between the beginner's kit:
ProVape electronic cigarette battery mod

And the "starter kit":
Ecigarette Kit: Ecigarette Starter Kit, Electronic Cigarettes Kit, Electric Cigarette Starter Kit

I do see they are slightly different but don't fully understand which is better or why? Any thoughts from someone more knowledgeable than me?

I don't know what they mean by "atomizer adapter", other than that the decision is really between an atomizer or a pack of low res cartos. They're probably about the same value so just pick - are you going to use the atomizer for dripping?

If you are beginning, you are probably going to use those cartomizers, that's a given. But you will need to buy some more anyway. An atomizer is never a bad thing to have around - learn how to drip, test juices with it.

There really isn't a major difference between those kits. If you pick the "advanced" one, make sure you get some cartos from somewhere - I recommend LR Boge cartos.

You could get just get the mod, without extras? You might get a better deal by buying just the mod, and getting AW batteries and a charger from some other trusty place (for example: Super T Manufacturing or OVEREADY ). Then buy a bunch of cartos from a place like CCV or SureVapes...

Thanks for the advice. I will definitely get the AW batteries if I go for this one. It really is hard to buy sight unseen, without holding things and seeing how they work (or don't, in some cases).

Yes, I think I want to drip, watched you tube vids and seems much easier to deal with. So maybe the beginners? I will prob end up getting something else at a local shop (Vapure, which I found yesterday thanks to this site!!!) while waiting on a provape product. I think my husband believes I've lost my mind because I was never a heave smoker and don't use a lot of nicotine (0-6mgs) but can't stop vaping nonetheless!

I own like 4 different brands, all newbie mistake buys....So glad I found you all and again thanks for the advice.

@Kay1959 hope the @ thing works here, did you get the aw upgrade batteries? Still didn't last long? I do vape a lot, well in my mind I do. Especially with the right equipment, I probably wouldn't stop lol... But as long as I could switch out batteries it wouldn't matter too much to me.

@politiciallyincorrect (still hoping @works here) You really did throw a wrence in it, I've always wanted something pink that works well. That is what got me to buy 1 of the 4 crap brands. They were pink... I'm a girly girl, plus they do free laser engraving...!!!!

I am going to just have to start collecting, just in a better way. It is my bday on tues, so I'm going to the only real vaping store within driving distance and pick something up of quality. Once I feel that out, I can compare it to some things I am seeing online. That way I can make a better decision what my first pick will be..
