Hi,im new here.wanted to noe, whether its safe from the authority(custom clearance),if i order the provari online from provape.will i receive the item?thks.bcoz i did email them regarding the custom clearance here and tis is their reply......
We do ship to Singapore. We have started implementing a very discrete shipping method for when we ship to Singapore using USPS. Since we have done this, none of the orders have been confiscated. We remove our company name and logo from the shipping label, mark the package as a flashlight and remove all paperwork from inside the package.

However, if you are still uncomfortable with using USPS, we do now offer UPS shipping.

However, due to an increase in fraudulent orders from Singapore we are no longer accepting credit cards for orders placed from Singaipore.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but we are just not willing to take any more chances and risk our credit card processing.

This leaves you with several options.

You can purchase the items in your order via Wire Transfer, Western union or you can purchase these items from a local dealer in which we have several in your area.

Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

Ok,thks guys.just to confirm wit u guys again,if i order from provape, the item surely will reach me without any obstruction??thk

Well we can't make any guarantee, because when it comes down to it we have no clue. We are just saying you can trust Provape in what they are saying. I imagine if some overzealous customs agent, who has a clue about vaping, sees it, then you might have an issue.

I would suggest getting up to 5 posts so you can go to the subforms and see if others from your country had any issue ordering overseas.

You are taking a risk ordering anything e-cig related because of your country's laws. Provape are a good company. But if your country find and confiscate what you buy then that is the risk you take. Provape did tell you they have local dealers in your area.

Any time you have something shipped that is not properly classified, you and the vendor risk serious penalties. Frankly, I'm shocked that a "reputable" company is willingly making an attempt at misleading government agencies to make a sale. All it takes is one rip in the package, another package leaking onto yours, a random inspection, or a hundred other reasons to draw attention and open your "flashlight". Take the risk if you like, but shady practices often lead to less-than-desirable results. If you have the option to buy local- better to go that route.

whats the deal with singapore and ecigs? are they not allowed or what?

Sorry to offtrack the OP just wondering
Ecigs are illegal in Singapore. Same with HK, with ecigs invented and legal in China, go figure.

In Singapore, the sale and import of electronic cigarettes, even for personal consumption, is illegal. According to Health Minister Khaw Boon Wan, electronic cigarettes were the industry's attempt to attract new users and were marketed to appeal to younger customers, including women.

Ordering from a reputable company in USA is of no problem, the major problem is that whether you can receive it or not .. most likely you will be receiving a call from the government agency when it reaches the customs in Singapore, and you can say goodbye to the MOD and your cash.
