Hey,

So I purchased a Satin Silver Provari (18490 Sized) w/ 18650 Extension cap. Now this was Friday December 27th, 2013. Just a day later, I had major second thoughts and decided that I want the Zombie Edition Mini Provari instead of mine. So I Emailed them earlier today asking if they can modify my order (Although it says almost shipped so no modifications on this order), was basically begging them to pull some strings seeing how they are known for their "EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE".

I also noticed that they have a return policy and are known to refund orders, but you have to pay shipping. So In the email I basically mentioned how my Provari was not shipped yet, and that I'd love for them to change it (obviously paying the 3 dollar difference as well). Or if that is not possible, which I can't imagine WHY it wouldn't be possible on a $200.00 product that has NOT even shipped, I asked if they could refund this order and I place a new one with what I wanted.

Does anyone know if they'll help? I really do want that green one in the MINI, as I feel like the regular WITH extension will be the size of the eiffel tower in France.

ANYONE???

Whether they can or can't will not necessarily depend on the level of their customer service. If the goods are picked and they ship before CS can request a recall that isn't automatically poor service. If they flat out told you it hasn't shipped and we won't try, read your contract then yes, that would be poor service. It is possible for example that Warehouse works shipping orders over Xmas whilst CS come back a few days later, for those who want their orders shipped that is good service, for you it would be unlucky.

I had a very similar situation happen to me, I accidentally ordered a zombie edition without realizing it because the website was having trouble, then ordered a silver one the next day. Provape told me to refuse the first one. Given that our Provari's cost $200+, I didn't really pay attention to whether or not my shipping got refunded. They'll take care of you, don't worry
