So to start off Provape sent my girlfriend the wrong device, She ordered a white Provari with the blue led and the extension cap. Well they sent the regular Provari, and it had a huge blemish on the side of it. This was suppose to be a Christmas present for myself, and Christmas was right around the corner, I'm talking about a week away at this point. So my girlfriend went ahead and showed me the device they sent the first time and i wasn't happy with what I saw. So she proceeded to contact provape and this is when the worrying came in she was worried I wouldn't have my provari under the tree in time for the holiday, she expressed these concerns with Provape. As the other gifts were all related to the provari in some form, batteries, charger, etc
Well they came through and sent the correct Mini and we even recieved it right before Christmas, just in time. It was an honest mistake to send the wrong product, stuff happens. But how cool is it, that they fixed the problem in a timely manner. Just sharing my experience, and a shout out to provape for saving my holiday.
