I posted this elsewhere on the Forum and I thought ProVape really deserves this here.
I have to say I LOVE their customer service. I broke my Provari
. I had dropped it and the nova I had on it broke in the threading. The Provari worked still, I held the two pieces together and was able to vape, but in the course of trying to get the *bleeping* piece of nova out, I probably damaged it. I sent it to a friend that thought he could help since he had had a similar problem and was successful in getting the threaded end out of the other threaded end of different devices.
He was unable to also. But he did try to get the Provari to turn on and was unable to get it to even power up. I must have done damage to the center post with my screwdriver in my panic to get that piece out.
ANYWAY, we decided to have him ship it to Provape. A few emails to ensure that billing and shipping would come to me and not my friend, I waited to hear back on how much this was going to cost me. Well it had been three days now and if I hadn't heard from them by tonight, I was going to email them one more time. Hubby just got the mail today...... My Provari is HERE!!! They did not charge me for MY breaking the device even though they knew the whole story. I took full responsibility for breaking it. Provape is the BOMB.
It is a great device, there may be other great devices out there. What I went through has sealed my love for this company.
Just thought I would share with the class.
I promise I won't become a rabid fan though. <crossing heart, hope to die, stick a needle in my eye>

The above is my very first review of a company and I felt so strongly about the great service I recieved from ProVape that I felt compelled to post this.
