Provape Shipping Question

Hi All:
To those of you familiar with Provape's shipping,
I placed an order through Provape on Friday morning (I know it was a holiday). The mini I ordered said 1-2 days before it shipped. I still haven't received any shipping info and my account still shows as processing. Do you guys think my order may have shipped already and they just haven't updated the shipping info? Or (hopefully not), do they sometimes take a while before they ship?

On the bright side, I ordered a new drip tip last night/this morning at 2am, and the Ebay seller already shipped and sent me the tracking info haha!

Ah, good point. My time it's 5pm and the post offices are closed already; but you're right, they may be in a different time zone. I've never looked to see where they are.

I placed an order very early Saturday morning for seven bottles of liquid, some noalox, and an ego adapter, and didn't receive a shipping notice until today.

They could just be slightly backlogged after the holiday.

After seeing how small the crew is on PBusardo's video tour, I'm surprised they are able to process and ship so rapidly.

Also keep in mind it's the USPS which has notoriously bad tracking service. Sometimes their scans don't show up right away. Sometimes the packages don't even get scanned at all. They've certainly put Kent, WA on the map for a lot of us.

I have another shipping question as well. I imagine that a signature is required but does it have to be the buyer's sig? For instance if I have it shipped to my workplace and it arrives on my day off, can another person sign?

I was asleep when my ProVari arrived, I assume my brother or dad signed for it, so no, I don't think it has to be the buyer's signature.

I think there may be somewhere, either your provape order page, or on the usps tracking site, where you can give delivery instructions, but don't quote me on that

You're quite welcome, glad I could help. ProVape usually holds promos during the holidays, which typically means large order volumes.

Thanks. My first Provari came from a local shop that is a dealer.
They are due a shipment tomorrow. Going to go see what they have thursday and if I don't see what I want, will order directly from Provape Was trying to decide the best place for shipment. There is always someone at work to receive packages.

It just has to be a signature. Not sure if that's the way it's supposed to be, or just the lazy Unusually Slow, Pathetic Service employees work. On top of several people who've had a friend/relative sign for it, a friend of mine had his stolen a few months ago. The signature was illegible & for some reason the USPS couldn't figure out who was delivering the mail on that exact date. Go figure. On the plus side, Provape took care of him, sent him a new one via UPS & took over dealing with the USPS over the stolen one. Don't know if they ever resolved it, but I'm guessing not.

If your order is over $100 you have to sign for it. My husband has signed for me with no issue.

Shipping times I imagine are based on how busy they are. If there is a sale expect longer shipping times. My first blem was ordered during the memorial day 20% off sale. Took 4 days to ship and 3 days to receive. My second order was not during a sale. Ordered Friday afternoon and received Monday morning. Third a blem I got in 4 days.

Which I guess is ok, because if it doesn't fit in the mailbox or requires a signature, USPS will not drive 100 feet up my driveway to attempt a delivery. I'll just grab it from the post office tomorrow.

When there's a sale like this, I'd imagine they get slammed with orders..

I'm so glad you aren't concerned. This is my first Provari, so I am super excited and impatient to receive it. This is my first time ordering from Provape, so I don't know how they do things; I was just worried, because I usually buy from Johnson Creek, My Vapor Store and Health Cabin and they all ship the same day, or day after you order (depending on time).

The mini I ordered said "Usually ships in 1 to 2 business days", so I guess I thought I might have it by the end of this week.
I imagine they probably are behind because of the holiday, I was just concerned because other people ordered after I did and their items have already shipped and their items had longer shipping times listed.
Oh well, hopefully I'll get it soon
