I finally bit the bullet on Sunday and ordered the satin Provari with the red lights, the extention, and 2 18650 batteries. Everything went great with that process. On Monday, I decided to get the tank ring. I noticed that the web site said it qualified for free shipping so I proceeded to the checkout. Once there, I saw where there was shipping on the tank ring so I emailed Provape and a nice-as-can-be Kim emailed me back very quickly and said that it was free shipping if part of a $100 or larger order. She said she could cancel my original order and I could reorder and add the ring. I agreed. I didn't reorder then because my funds were still on hold from the first order.
This morning, before work, I tried to reorder (with the blue lights this time) and when I hit the "Place Order" button nothing happened. I waited several minutes and still nothing. I hit the button again. Nothing. I canceled everything and tried again. Nothing. The items were still showing in the shopping cart and there were no open orders on my account. I closed the browser and went back and tried again. Still nothing. I tried one more time and got a very nice message saying, "Cannot place order. Maximum orders per day has been exceeded."
Too bad. I was going to order all of you guys one each.
After another email to Kim, I found that they were having website problems and I would have to wait until tomorrow to order when my "order counter" resets. Blue lights have always given me problems.
