Been having some really low vape times on my batteries lately. Ive recently posted an issue on it starting to show "low batt" really fast and that if i take the battery out and re-insert it i can suddenly have 3.6v and no blinking at all anymore.

Now i have a new issue..

The batteries comes off the Pila charger on 4.18v every time. But when i insert the batt into the Provari and do a battery check. It says 3.9..

Anyone else?

Somewhere out there
I just went thru this myself, my batts would blink dead after 20 min. I was wiping the batt connections with a dry paper towel and toothpick but it wasn't enough. Using a Q tip with alcohol on it worked to really clean the connections. Now it works great. Same with my mini extension, I needed to wipe it clean on the threads with alcohol. It all works perfectly now. bnrk

I've cleaned mine a coupple times since i got it.. Just find it strange that a 5 dollar multimeter always shows 4.18 off the charger and the provari keeps skipping aroun on me. Prolly a dirty connection again then. Found a dremel flexible extension on fleabay that will fit inside the provari. That batt connection will be shining.

The only problem I've noticed with my Provaris is black spots appearing on the positive contact of the circuit board which is very hard to clean due to its location deep inside the PV.

I found this fiberglass pen at RadioShack, it reaches into the PV and cleans this contact beautifully:
Pro-Grade Abrasive Fiberglass Pen : Fiberglass Pens | RadioShack.com

And found this on Amazon, a dab on the positive end of the battery about every 4 battery changes keeps it shiny and clean:
Amazon.com: DeoxIT® GOLD Pen (NSN-6850-01-477-1478) 100% solution 6 mL: Electronics
