I ordered my Mini on Sunday night, it was shipped Monday and it was delivered to my house on Wednesday (yesterday). I immediately put one of those red AW IMR 18350 batteries in it and couldn't believe it lasted me 9 hours. I wasn't vaping anything else so I'd know how long it would last. I was vaping at 4.4V with a Boge 2.0 LR carto. What can I say, this thing works wonderfully! I'm getting a powerful and consistent vape with every hit. I like the round shape of the Mini with the button on the side....which keeps it from rolling off my desk.

It's actually pretty lightweight but the battery does give it more heft. But I like that. It just feels substantial and high-quality made. The push-button control for readouts is easy peasy to learn and now that I've found my sweet spot at 4.4 volts all I'm really interested in checking is the battery power now and then.

So thanks to ProVape for an excellent Mini model VV device and for their super speedy shipping. I guess they know how much we want these as quick as we can get them. My opinion after one whole day of use is that I'd buy another one in a heartbeat! (I wish they'd do a "two for the price of one deal") LOL

I do have a question. Does it benefit somehow to turn off the Mini? Is it safer to turn it off at night? Does it prolong the life of the device itself to turn it off? If not, I doubt I'll ever turn it off.

I have never powered off one of my vari's in the 6 months i had them. I guess if you have it in your pocket with really tight pants that feature will come in handy. I never keep it in my pocket however i dont think it would fire easy if i did.

With the 18490 you get pretty much double the battery life and the size is still pretty small . Im thinking of making a 18650 extension for my mini also. The 18650 gets like triple the battery life to the 18350.

I agree with you that just the feel and weight of the vari's show how high quality it is. It feels luxurious in the hand.

That's great news. I don't want to have to worry about turning it off all the time.

K-man....I'm assuming you are happy? :) Have you also tried it with the 18350 batteries and if so, how was it different?

Performance wise....I didn't see any difference. It's great with the 18350's and I get through a very good chunk of the day on the 1st battery. The 2nd easily gets me through the rest of the day. I always thought that Provari's were huge, but after having it in my hands it really isn't. Even with the extension cap. I'm very happy with the mini and the option to use the 18490. Very happy.

hiya, i also have a provari mini and like everyone else said, you don't have to turn it off. if you are going to leave it sit for weeks without using it, than i would take the battery out but thats about it. i throw my mini in my purse and have yet to have any problems with it turning on or leaking, i have a fluxomizer on it usually or a tank. glad you are loving yours and well I'm glad we are all loving ours, hehe, I'm a dork. speaking of being a dork, i was actually thinking of getting a lanyard type case thing and wearing it around my neck for easy vaping and safe keeping, instead of keeping it in my purse and having to dig it out when i need it, it is one hell of a mess in my purse, i carry so much stuff haha. but back to the lanyard thing, i would love to buy one, i don't care if i look dorky, but i can't seem to find a good looking lanyard or if i do, they are made for an ego and won't fit my mini or they are too long. any help in this area?

I have 4 Provari's now and use them every day. I never turn any of mine off. I recently got a Mini and I absolutely love it. IMO, the only thing that would make it any better is an extension cap to use the 18650's with it. I totally understand Provape's stance of not want to lose the market for the regular Provari, but how sweet would it be to be able to use 18350's when you want a small mod, 18490's when size isn't really important, and 18650's when you want an all day mod.

I Agree with you ksmith i asked provape if they have any plans for doing it in the future and they told me that they are not having this plan for the mini!!I Hope to change their thought about this plan and maybe if we are lucky they will make 18650 Extension cup for the Mini!I Hope to listen to us and do it!
