An e7 code is a voltage output detected when there should be none. This can be caused by a converter fault or an open atty/carto. Make sure the carto is good and if it persists contact provape. They will take care of you. The error codes are defined on the provape site down at the bottom of the provari page in a user's manual. :)

I also agree, from what I can remember from the manual, is for an e2 code or e1 code u can pretty much fix it on ur own, w/ changing out the Atty/carto or ur trying to push too many amps with a LR Atty/carto.

But an e7 or e8 code, that is something a bit more serious and its a failure of 1 of the components or something along those lines. But I also could be totally off base, that's just what is in my mind for some reason.

U can go to the Provape site and look at the manual and it will tell u what each code means. No matter what, I would contact Provape and they have some of the best customer service around. They will be more than happy to get u back up and running, if its telling u some tips to get it firing or if u just need to send it back to them. I think all they charge is shipping to them and they will get it back to u in under a week I am pretty sure I've heard (at the most).
