Provari Ohm Meter Question

I'm definitely sure there is something wrong with it now. It's started giving me E1 and E2 errors with just about everything I connect if I turn the voltage above 3.5. I've gone ahead and set it aside and gone back to my KGO for now. Certainly a bummer as it's been working great until now, but I'm worried that the voltage regulation isn't working anymore, since 3.5v on a 2ohm coil was giving me a burnt taste (Pretty sure it killed one of my cartos).

Didn't hear anything back from ProVape today, but that's not all that surprising being a Sunday and all.

Well, they had me submit an RMA on their RMA portal, still haven't answered if they will cross ship a new device (At least for now it sounds as if they want me to send it in first). When I submitted the RMA I did request replace rather than repair... because it's only 2 days old. They did say they will provide me with a prepaid shipping label, but I'm still waiting for the RMA to get approved.

I'm really torn with what I want to do. I really do like the Provari, but, if they want me to send it in and I have to wait however long it will take for it to get to them and then for them to process it and then send another one, I think I may just opt to return it, with as much as these things cost, I shouldn't have to go through that much hassle after only 2 days. It's not really really a matter of quality of the product, it's a matter of quality of service... Anyway, we shall see.

My RMA was approved and they sent me a prepaid UPS label. They said that as soon as UPS shows that I have dropped off this one they will send another, so I'm gonna try and get it over to UPS later today. Hopefully this will go smoothly ^_^
So good to hear..especially with the price tag. Be sure to leave feedback in the vendor feedback so that others know that they are great to deal with.

I do plan to leave feedback once the whole thing was said and done. So far it has been overall pretty smooth. Dropped it off around 6pm yesterday and let them know. Heard back around 11am today that they had notified their warehouse and I was told I should be getting new tracking soon. Got my new tracking number at 11:30am. Doesn't actually show anything yet, but being USPS, not really surprised. Since I'm in Washington myself, hopefully the new one should get here on like Thursday.
