Well, they had me submit an RMA on their RMA portal, still haven't answered if they will cross ship a new
device (At least for now it sounds as if they want me to send it in first). When I submitted the RMA I did request replace rather than repair... because it's only 2 days old. They did say they will provide me with a prepaid shipping label, but I'm still waiting for the RMA to get approved.
I'm really torn with what I want to do. I really do like the Provari, but, if they want me to send it in and I have to wait however long it will take for it to get to them and then for them to process it and then send another one, I think I may just opt to return it, with as much as these things cost, I shouldn't have to go through that much hassle after only 2 days. It's not really really a matter of quality of the product, it's a matter of quality of service... Anyway, we shall see.
