u will like provari as someone who just started vaping not long. more experience is required to deal with gg series (must understand and have tried resistance of atty/carto, understand batteries voltage and stacking, know which ohm at what volt is ur sweet spot etc)
2ndly, its harder to get in provari. so. choice is up2u.

i asking for reviews not how to get it

For someone who's asking for "free" inputs and experience, that's quite an attitude.
And not a word of thanks to bros who DID answer your question.
In the army, I'm sure you already kena blanket party. But then, that's just me take. Bros here are more forgiving.

SS GGTS #968 / Provari Black Chrome / Genesis Line / BDV Big Daddy & Lil Mama tanks (SS tubes) / Odysseus
- Megalodon (en-route)

Provari is quite idiot proof. like i mentioned, gg series requires a lil bit of experience in vaping to grasp it. also, provari being electrical might fail and stuff so in future, if it does spoil, u will have to send it back to US to get it fix and then u can't guarantee u will be able to receive it at ur doorstep again. thats one risk u have to tk.
gg is a full mechanical mod meaning it will last very very long since no electrical parts r involve and if stuff do spoil, u just need to buy that particular part to replace. so.. end of the day, the choice is urs to make and risk for u to tk.

on the VV part, provari just requires u to click button to adjust voltage. for gg, u have to configure the batteries to get VV. i.e. 2x 18350 3.7v gives u 7.4v vaping. or 1x 18350 to give u 3.7v vaping. provari just dial in from 3.3v to 6v at 0.1v increment which is like a plus plus. so unless u know what u r doing, electrical mod is more suitable.

n bros, chill chill. i dun quite like his attitude but yea. lets just do our part and share what we think our ans should be for his qns (like wat lighter bro did). dun nid to get angry yuh. =) (just pui chao nua, if u must, behind the keyboard. lol~)

hm... perhaps a gg vv mechanical kinda unlikely huh? no new toy for cny.. damn!
erm actually its likely. news is floating around. and if u followed megalodon, they r coming out with the Kick module for mech mods to have vv. its a drop in module. but the hassle is u need to use a screw to adjust the voltage then drop in. (no led or reading unless got multimeter i think)
