I can see it...
Personally, I wouldn't worry too much about the bottom (where the 510 thread is), but you could probably get that out with a bit of sanding.

As for the ring that goes around the Squape and across the logo... man, that's going to be a bit tough and quite a bit of work.
You're going to have to sand that out with a 300 grit sand paper, then go progressively higher in grit... it's going to look bad while you work it out... you'll probably need to sand the entire outside of the atty so that everything stays even. You should start with 300 grit, then 400 or 500 grit, then 600 or 800 grit... etc. until you are satisfied with the results.

I'm sorry to see that you've damaged your brand new atomizer, and wish that I lived closer to you. I'd absolutely help you work it back to it's original condition! You just have to think of it like doing bodywork to a damaged car... take your time and pay attention to your details... it WILL look worse overall when using the lower grit papers, but you have to look past that. The reason for the progression in grits is the lower grit will remove the damage. Then the progression will remove the damage caused by the previous sanding. Eventually you'll get to smooth and polished.

Ok so before sanding down etc i thought let's get the squape going.
Took it apart, coiled it up, filled all with e juice. Jst need to screw the base back.
It's doesn't go back on. It threads a quarter and stops. (aluminium body)
So i think ok let's try the original metal body. Still the same thing must be something wrong with the base.
All useless now.
£170 down the drain 300dollers.

Any ideas what i can do? All because of the provari p3!!!!

I can see the gap... you may be able to force the base to thread the rest of the way, but that's about the only option there... it seems that, perhaps, the threads have been damaged by cross-threading or something. There isn't a whole lot that can be done for that without machine tools and a working knowledge of metal-work. Maybe a thread file, if you could find one that matches the threads of the base, but that would be a bit of a stretch... only suggestion I can really make is, maybe you could take it to a local vape shop and get some help there. You might get lucky and find someone who actually knows what they are doing... rare, but some shops do have knowledgeable staff members...
