Provari Pronunciation

Is it 'Pro-ver-e' or 'Pro-var-e'???

Everyone always pronounces it 'Pro-ver-e' but the way it's spelled I have always thought it should be 'Pro-var-e'.

Which is correct????

Okay, that makes sense. I have actually never made the connection that the 'vari' part of Provari was referring to 'variable'.

I feel dumb now.

I never really gave it any thought. I guess I just thought it was maybe an italian word or something, that meant something.

I have noticed this allot with other words that I hear people saying on youtube and such. Boge is another weird word that I know people say it differently. I know I hear some people saying it with a hard G where I pronounce it with a J sound.
Although I have never thought about the Provari being pronounced differently until I heard someone say it wrong on a review. I just chocked it up to the person's accent.

I always pronounce it pro-vaahr-ay. Mainly because there was a movie in the 80's about a guy buying a Lamborghini knock-off called a Trovare and the sales commercial in the movie pronounced it so Italiany and dramatically.

when i first found out about them, i called it a "Pro very". it took a bit of tongue training to pronounce it correctly. darn english language screwing things up for me.

personally i like the name ProVape for a PV much better. but thats just me.

Pro very is pretty much how it is pronounced. What did you train your tongue to change it too? That is unless you pronounce very differently than I think, lol.

Im ....... I felt stupid at a local e-cig place **cough cough Supreme Nicotine*** because I was corrected on how I pronounced it. I was correct the whole time. I guess its kinda like Porsche, but not really since I would never look at that word and say PorschAA. Gotta listen to the manufactures to know the truth!
