Provari question, maybe n00b question - but a question nonetheless

I had my provari for around 36 hours now and I am in love with the fact that I can finally have a consistent vape. I still have 20 LR atomizers that I had for my alpha, and some dual coil cartos that I want to use before ordering anymore atomizers. I started out with the carto, and it was a vapor monster set at 4.2. It is all I really used. Then this morning I picked it up and went to take a toot only to get a constant E1/2 message unless it is at 3.6v. Why?

I did not change batteries or atomizer, nor did I change any settings. I do not get it

Maybe something happened to the coil or wires, perhaps a bit of oxidation? Have you tried a different carto? I mostly use dual coil cartos on my provari at around 4.0v. Sometimes one will give an E2 error after a couple days or so. I just chalk it up to wear and break out a fresh one or I'll use is on a different PV so I don't have to waste it.

This is pretty common on the Pro Vari. Sometimes the ohmage changes a bit on attys once they are in use and the LR attys dont want to play well except at about 3.6. You might want to trade the LR for some SR attys from someone in classifieds,
I had a lot of trouble using DCs on the PV too and just stopped using them with the PV,

I know this is going to sound weird, but have you topped up the carto with juice? I tend to get those errors when I get a dry hit, add a little joose and all is fine. Granted I use atomizers not cartos, but I would imagine the rule is the same. Dry coil gets hotter and ohms drop much quicker.
