Oh boy. I just got my Provari with extension cap and two batteries in...with a couple 3 ohm 306s and I also picked up a glass drip tip from theecig.com. I am in shock and awe. Took me all of 3 minutes to check out which settings are what and figure out the acronyms (A o, atomizer ohm, etc. etc.) and all of about 3 more minutes to find my vaping near-sweet spot (too excited to adjust voltage to make it any better lol)

Currently vaping at 2.6-2.7 ohms @ 4.5 volts...dripping Backwoods Brew ejoker and ry4. Its vaping heaven to put it mildly. Will probably adjust voltage a bit more when I stop vaping and dripping for a second...but jeez...this is probably the greatest setup of all time. Flavor is phenomenal and variable voltage is fantastic beyond belief. I love being able to check the ohm, battery life, etc.

I love my Provari and I've only had it for an hour! I could never see myself using anything else after this. I want a second one now in black! I will not buy one though for a while but I can definitely see the need to have two. God forbid its in my car and my car got stolen, I'd be out a Provari and have to a week for another one!

I had one question so far though...I'm using the Pila charger and it takes my batts to 4.2 volts. When I check battery, how low can I let it go before the unit stops working ?
One off top question as well...I dewicked the atomizer, and I just accidentally took a hit without liquid and got a burnt taste. Can this destroy the atomizer or leave permanent traces of burnt taste?

I would like to say thanks to Provape for creating this god-like device, and all the members of the ECF who nudged me, nay insisted my purchasing of the Provari :p I am in your debt!

Vape on!

Ok because it started to flash when I was at like 3.9 on the battery check and was very curious as to why this LED button was flashing. I searched it on the thread and found that cleaning the bottom extension cap out can solve this issue...so I took a Q-tip and scraped out some black stuff on the bottom inside of the extension cap around the spring - sparkly clean now! Hopefully this resolved the 'issue'. It has no been flashing since. I should probably check the positive end contact in the upper end of the provari too. Thanks.

You got it! Nice to see that you've done your share of research and that you are an educated ProVari owner.

The button should start flashing when the battery drops down to 3.5V and the unit should shut off when the battery reaches 3.3V. Mine was shutting off prematurely but I learned that it was caused by my lack of cleaning and maintenance.
