    not sure if this is the right subform for this but I have a question about the PROVARI

    Can a person use 2 cr123's in replace of 1x 18650?

    I have so many cr123's and I find 7.2v is to much volts even with hv atomizers, hoping to find a nice mod that feels like my fav the sb, that is voltage regulated.

    Man I wish i could voltage regulate my SB. That thing is the ......

    Short answer, no. Provari takes a single 3.7 volt cell, either 18490 / 18500 or 18650 with the extended end cap. It uses a boost circuit to take the voltage above the battery when required, to a maximum of 6 volts.
