PSA: Arctic Dolphin Anita upgrade

Saw that there is an "Upgrade Software" on the Arctic Dolphin site, but I couldn't get it to do anything. I submitted a message through their site and received this response:

About Anita Upgrade software,yes ,it is a firmare upgrade,we will put the operation steps on website later,pls check it later.Also press the + and - button at the same time ,then plug USB cable(without install battery),and press start button and update successfully.
............

Haven't tried it yet...just got my Anita yesterday, but will probably try it later today. Just thought I'd post for other Anita owners.

Nice to see a FW update for this device. I don't think it will fix the problems it has as they are not software related.

Managed to successfully do the upgrade, but I don't know what changed. Hopefully, they will post a changelog when they update the site.

I'm liking it so far. It's a $30 regulated squonker ($28 during FT's Mothers Day sale). I'm not trying to compare it to a Lost Vape or DNA-based mod that's 3x the price. The bottle is my main gripe, but the performance is entirely acceptable. If I'm not thrilled by the construction in a month or two, I'll look at designing a 3D printed box to transfer the guts into.

Oh I know,it deffinatly has its problems but I am enjoying using it just because 2x series battery.
I do hate the update though. I am one of the few that don't mind using .1 increment adjustments. Now I can only go by .5. wish I could go back on FW but previous is not stored or saved on AD site,that I have seen.

Only thing I could see from my update was being able to adjust in .5 increments instead of .1
