here there everywhere
Just a PSA since i do see a few attys out there with NI coils as a default in the tank.

ALWAYS check that the coil in your shiny new atty is not Ni200 if you do not have a Temp controlled MOD. I have seen people building NI200 coils and firing them up in non TC Mods which is Dangerous. When this is done in a non TC mod, the fumes are toxic.

If you do have a TC MOD, please remember to actually lock your ohms or enter TC Mode. Previously met a friend who was doing wattage on an NI build without TC enabled. His reply was, "My mod can do TC".

Yes your mod can do TC but most of them require you to actually tell it to go into TEMP control mode.

If you are not sure about TC, go research it otherwise, stick to Kanthal and wattage mode.

Not to mention, why would you use Ni200 for vv/vw mod. Resistance is not as stable as kanthal
