PT question

I know the eGo can use 510 items but I was wondering if the eGo can use a 510 Passthru or if the PT has to be eGo specific. I'm looking at buying an eGo next week and I would like to buy a PT with it that's compatible instead of buying an extra battery.

They have a ego battery that has a plug on it now basicly making it a PT. But really any 510 passthru would work. If your going to use the eGo mega atomizers those would even work but would look kinda funny cause they are wider then the 510 atomizers

I like that usb ego version might even get one myself because you can unplug it and take it with where ever and use it as a PT. Costs a bit more then most PT's @ 29 bucks but really thats not too much more then the price of just a regular eGo battery.

I'm mostly at my comp throughout the day so that's why I'm wanting to get a PT instead of using up batteries when it's really not necessary.

I pretty much am the same way always in from of this puter. Sounds like your looking for a battery-less PT then. You might want to look into a 2amp USB hub to power the PT. Some people have reported problems with using one right off the computer. You can get them off ebay really cheap 8 bucks shipped. Plus you can always use it for USB devices too.
