Pt3 burnt taste

Hey everyone. I was having trouble with my pt3. I recently took the flavor wick from one coil and put it on another and now I am getting a burnt taste and the flavor is muted. I was wondering if any of you have experienced a problem like this and know any solutions. One of the only things I can think of is that maybe I put too much wick in there when I added more. I also just bought the itaste vv v3 mod and am still getting used to it. Trying to get it dialed in is harder than I thought. Right now my coil is reading 2.1 ohms. I was wondering what a good voltage and wattage to run it on. I know that it's all about what feels best for me but I just wanted to know what settings you guys use. Thanks in advance

You've got it clogged up with that extra wick. More is not better. I would run a 2.1 ohm coil at about 7 watts on my VV3's. They only run on volts OR watts, not both. Set the watts, it adjust the volts. Set the volts, it adjusts the watts. I prefer watts.

Thanks BigCatDaddy. good to know. I thought the MVP 2 was the only one that runs on volts or watts. And the reason I added more wick was because it was leaking. The leaking has stopped it the flavor is gone
