I have been vape-ing with a Wal-mart Mistic. Ive been pretty happy with it but from the reviews I saw on the forums Apparently it is junk :)not my experience at all FWIW) Anyhow I talked myself into springing for a Halo G6 as I read nothing but good reviews on the actual G6 and Halo Flavors. $75.00 later I had the Halo and a sample pack at my door. Im a long time vape-er and I have never had this problem before. When I vape the Halo juice, it really hurts my throat. Not DURING the drag, but it seems to dry my throat out and make it hurt soon aftter . I switched back to the Mistic and no problems at all. The only other thing I notice is that despite a good amount of vapor from the G6, there is almost no throat hit (with medium nic). I find it odd that it hurts my throat considering there is no throat hit. This happens after only 1 or two puffs. I am really disappointing and flabbergasted... For one I have a whole bunch of juice that I cant use. I tried putting the Halo juice into an empty Mystic cart and it worked well but My throat still hurt. This leads me to believe it isnt the G6 its self. So Some questions: Has anyone ever experienced this? Is there any fix? Since I doubt Halo will take their sample pack back, Should I sell them? Should I keep the Halo G6 and buy some juice I have used before? Should I just sell the whole danged thing? Thank you for your input.

I'm sure the first thing that you should consider is the PG issue. Perhaps the Halo juices have a higher PG ratio/content than your Mistic juices, and you are PG-intolerant. However, I will say that after vaping for over a year now, starting with a G6 and Halo sampler pack but moving on to many other juices/vendors with even 100% PG, I've found that Halo's tobacco bases are more irritating to my throat for some reason. I love some of their juices but can't vape them for this reason. Go figure.

Im with sa da tay, you may have a sensitivity to PG. Try drinking water to keep your throat wet and see if it still bothers you while vaping. If you were happy with the mistics and not craving anything more I wouldnt worry about what others say. If you do have a sensitivity to PG you could try some 100% VG juices and see how those feel. Also if starting with lower nic always do it in the morning after a good sleep. If you hit a higher nic juice you build immunity quick and your throat needs a rest before lower nic will feel like anything
