Does anybody know anything about batteries and these "Cloud Chaser batteries"
Anybody knowledgeable in batteries to know exactly how many amps this pushes and, if it is safe?

Well I can't see them making their own batteries so they are rewraps therefore what are the rewraps of? Think I would avoid this seller but thats just me. Looking at the 40A discharge graph they aren't 40A

18650 batteries are not made for vaping, they are mass produced other things, so the batteries we get are surplus. So the chances of them getting the only supply of a surplus battery is not very good.

Yeah I don't know if I would trust them on those "40 amp" batteries. Since they're rewrapped you don't know what they really are unless you unwrap them and read the battery if it says anything on it.

people are playing with chemistry of batteries and greater than 10C is possible, but I would want decent proof of safety from a proper test site first.

Yes, but the chart in the op says 10c, and 40 amps, with a 2500 mAh rating. 40 amps would be correct for a 16c 2500 mAh or a 10c 4000 mAh battery, but not for 10c 2500 may.
