On my initial Protege order, I also purchased a CashCap flavor and grew to love it (not the old Cinnamon/milky one, but the new Coffee/Chocolate one). So I waited for it to be restocked... which it finally did. I ordered it and when I received the mail today I was pretty happy that it finally came in after a month of waiting for them to restock. But... when I opened up the package I noticed that the color of the CashCap was different... it wasn't the yellowish-brown color I had seen before, but rather a reddish color. I contacted a friend of mine (another PS customer), and found that he also ordered another flavor from them and it also was reddish in color. So I figured "what the heck... they probably just changed the formula in a way that changed the color." So I went ahead and put 3 drips into my Protege and started smoking away. Then I noticed that the taste was off... it didn't have that Coffee/Chocolate undertone that I was expecting... rather it had a Cinnamon-y taste to it that I didn't rather like. So I went to the website to see if I had mixed up the flavors somehow.... and found that I didn't. "DISCLAIMER: Many of you fell in love with our *old CaSHcap* This new Cashcap is NOT the same as the old Cashcap. The old Cashcap had a Milky/Cinnamon/Honey undertone, where this one has more of a Coffee/Chocolate undertone. For those of you who loved the old CashCap ... we will be trying to bring it back again, named something else so we don't get the two flavors confused. Thanks!"
Now I'm usually satisfied with PS. They have only made one mistake in the past (I received a faulty switch with my Protege -- which they offered to fix; no questions asked). So I figured that I would contact them to see if it's possible that they sent me the wrong flavor. Well...come to find out, I was told that I ordered the wrong one and they couldn't replace it. Now according to their website, the new flavor has a coffee/chocolate undertone...which is what I ordered. I don't know how it is that I mistakenly ordered the OLD flavor which (so far) hasn't been brought back... and even in the disclaimer it states that they would rename it. So now I'm stuck with a flavor which I personally find disgusting, and all I want is to receive what I ordered... I'm not sure what happened to their Customer Service department, but I'm definitely disappointed in the feedback I received....
