So, I've been quite vocal with my friends about how much I love my PV... they're inundated with FB statuses regarding FDA/EU tosh and how well I'm doing yet one of my friends clearly didn't realise I was using a PV.
Nearly 6 years ago, I met a lovely chap called Obi. We met at uni during a summer exam resit period and sat out in the sun chatting and smoking when we weren't revising (which was most of the time). We've not seen each other since but we keep in touch occasionally on FB. Yesterday, he randomly messaged me to talk about quitting smoking, assuming I'd used patches or gum etc, only to find out that I'm also an PV convert! He's been 16 days free using Elites. I pointed out that buying juice can be a cheaper way of doing things but he likes the expense as it dissuades him from overuse. We were both thrilled to know that we had a friend who understood, finding a lot of people IRL who are quite negative about it.
Later that day, I met up with another friend of mine, Dave. Dave has been considering a PV for quite a while too and it turns out he's got one! Again, it's an Elite but he's not changed the cartridge in over a week, and has dramatically cut down on his smoking. He finds the action of smoking key to his addiction as I pointed out he's not even using it right. He's 'smoking' it with short puffs rather than 'vaping' it.
Anyway, I was absolutely thrilled when I discovered this! Two friends in one day have converted to ecigs!!!! How cool is that?!x
