PV W/Bloog cartomizers

Just wondering what some folks use with the bloog carts....its all greek to me. From what I think I get, they are kr808s and it looks like some of the devices would require an adapter am I right? How do these compare to the usb passthrough I used that before and loved it but would like to not have to be plugged in to get that kind of experience. Help a newb??

From my research, the BMF - Bloog MAXX Fusion, is new tech, under on-going development.
If you choose to Bloog, please keep it with the tech it was designed for.

Yes, they are kr808s. However they work best with a Bloog battery. You can use them on other kr808-d1 batteries but with mixed results - most of the time it is fine. Beyond that, you would need an adapter for the carto to work with other style batteries.
I can't answer about your PT since I don't own one of any brand -- I'll leave that for the more experienced to answer.

I've used Bloog MF cartos on a few different PVs with good results, usually using a 510-901/808 adapter. On devices that run at lower voltages, they seem to run too cool for my taste, but on anything I've tried at 3.7v they were fine.

Personally, I wouldn't even try them at anything above 3.7v and a 5+ volt device would be right out.

I've been poking around with using the MaxxFusion cartos on my REO Grand with a 510 to 808 adapter. They work great. Hits about the same as on the BMF battery, but with no cut-off. They obviously don't hit as hard as the 510 and 306 attys I bought along with the mod, but the higher resistance means you burn juice less quickly, and they're very convenient to use.
