So far these LR510 Cartomizers are lovely for their vapor production/throat hit, but I find that they do not fill as easily and tend to run dry on flavor rather quickly. Is there a trick to filling these suckers to keep the flavor, and having them last a bit longer?

I took the wadding out of the first one (by mistake) when it started taste burnt and seemed to still have a ton of juice still lingering in the mesh. So I assume I have to be doing something wrong.

I've use a few different methods actually. On my normal carts I use a syringe, but I find the stuff to thick to use an 18 gauge needle in these so I drop 7-10 drops and pack it like a can of dip which had work in the past for me. I also tried the spin method.

I don't know it just seems they burn down faster leaving a sock taste after one or two fills.

Guy'z on the LR & all cartos for that matter I'm using a dripping tip, it solves all the filling problems and keeps em going and alive much longer too, try the dripping tip on em you might like it, I've been using this method for months it really works well especially on these LR Carto's since they need to be kept wet to taste and run right, my opinions only !!

Actually I use the drip tips on them, but the reason I buy cartomizers is so that I can fill them and go an hour or so without having to "re-up." It is ok - I just wish I would get out of the habit of ordering a large quantity before I actually try them. Worst case scenario though I just sell them and buy either a few more LR306s or LR801s depending on how I like the 306 atomizers I bought a few days ago.

UPDATE:

I have been using the LR510 cartomizers as a dripper, and it is not too bad. Although I would love to get away from dripping, it just does not seem possible seeing as though I prefer the heavier throat hit of 5v/6v/LR

I use the Mega Carto's and Like them better than the regular ones or The LR ones. Drip,Spin Drip,Spin drip...Use for about an hr or so then I just put about 6 or so drops in for another hr. Longer and a bit cooler holds a little more juice as well.
