but this is rather narrow minded don't you think? when people order from a site claiming 2-4 business days and haven't had it fulfilled in much longer than that they are going to be righteously angered. I understand that its a small group running into problems and all, but to say that people are wrong for having complaints over being incorrectly informed over their shipping is a hard argument to back. I doubt and hope that the fb complaints will not hinder sales, but being in the same situation I understand where they're coming from.
then again I applaud Sooner and this company for excellent customer service and innovation. prices this low is a great thing and will assist many lower-budget people stay of cigs.

I'll try my Cinn roll tonight if noone else posts about it. I may be the one who put the banana comment in for Bavarian cream, but I did say that it was a create your own blend with Banana Nut bread and Cinn roll. The Bav Cream gives it a nice donut creamyness and the banana flavor is forward, though not overpowering where the cinn roll comes across the tongue lightly.

Sooner is coming in an letting everyone know instead of staying quiet and leaving everyone to wonder. He's hired more staff and is working to correct the problems. Patience will be rewarded.

What't wrong with you? Have you been following the situation? Yes, they said 2-4 days to fill an order but a LOT of us ordered OVER a week ago. I ordered 8 days ago and some people ordered 10 or more days ago and it's still awaiting fulfillment. That's why they are complaining. Sooner said orders would be going out in 2-4 days (read his post below for yourself) and it's been more than two times longer than their longest estimate on both their own site at checkout & in these forums. Get with reality. They promised 2-4 days processing time, not 10-12 days. They have earned their complaints for this.Yeah, umm...2-4 days is pretty normal for L7V now, and it's much better than before. What really gets me is the folks who are ....hing are doing it here so I have to assume they have been following the situation, and they placed their order anyway! If I were just ordering from a company I found on the internet that promised 2-4 day shipping and it didn't happen, I might be a little concerned; a lot less so if that company's prices are cheaper than what it would cost me to make it myself. If I were offered an apology and explanation for the delay, I would be fine with that.
My suggestion to the folks who are unhappy with waiting; don't order any more juice from L7V. I understand about wanting it now. When I want juice now, I run down to my B&M and pay $.80/ml for it. When I wanted my VTR now, I paid $20 more for it. Deal with it.

Also, not towards anyone here... but please keep in mind our processing time is 2-4 business days right now, and we are closed on weekends. This is stated in the terms at checkout in the box that must be checked before entering your credit card information.
We have several cases of glass bottles and about 10-15 new flavors, just cant find the time to add them... I will be doing a free shipping over certain dollar amount probably next week when things are back on track... Once we get the 2 new guys trained, I will also put up another sale.. I just cant do these until we are caught up and have these guys trained so we can pump the juice out on time... I have changed the CURRENT processing time to 3-5 business days. This will change once the new guys start. We will be able to pump orders within 3 business days.. We are still growing.. Our main goal is to eventually have orders shipped in 1-2 days, and we are working towards that, it just may take a while.. I apologize for everyone who was told would ship on a certain date and are having to wait.. We are ALMOST back on track, probably one more day and we will be back on schedule with the 2-4 day shipping.. Thanks again everyone!
Also, yes still doing sample pack.. just have to find some time to add it with the other stuff.. I also want to do some giveaways and some good sales, just cant make that happen until we get these guys trained to handle more volume

Nobody is complaining about their eliquids, just their broken promise for 2-4 day processing. Catch a clue.
totally agree with you.
this is exactly what my point was. to tell people they are complaining for no reason is rather odd considering the circumstances. also telling people to not order from L7V doesn't make any sense... they want the product and prices they just want accurate shipping times. If it was listed accurately the complaints would be MUCH lower.
also my order from the 25th was marked as shipped yesterday, but the tacking number is still showing no movement even today... so not sure if really shipped or they just wanna shut me up lol.
oh well, im still very much excited to get my order.
I understand everyone's frustration. We are just about caught up. Please keep in mind it's also business days as we are closed weekends (won't be this weekend) take that into account as well. There are a lot of people getting mad at us for not hiring more people and because I only trust a few people to mix juice. We have hired people, they need trained. As far as only trusting a few people to mix our juice, this should be positive. I don't want just anyone mixing I'm sure you wouldn't want that either. We have had a lot of set backs, but as I said we will be caught back up probably tomorrow. We are only behind on about 30-40 orders that are past the 2-4 business day deadline which was just changed to 3-5 days untill we get caught back up. This should be resolved by end of day to tomorrow. I'm going to keep our processing time at 3-5 business days (remember, Monday through Friday only) even though once caught up it won't take this long, just so you get it sooner rather than being late. This way if I promise 1-2 days and its 1 day late we won't catch crap for it. I apologize everyone.
