I ordered a week ago today and I'm still Awaiting Fulfillment. It's not a bad situation as I only ordered sweetener, flavorless eliquid and pure VG. I have a ton of juice already. Still, when Sooner kept repeating that they were on schedule and shipment times were going to get shorter rather than longer he kind of shot himself in the foot. That's when most of us ordered more eliquids. Running a business is all about managing expectations. Making hopeful promises that he couldn't keep only causes more justified complaints.

Still, Lucky 7 has some very nice flavors at amazingly low prices. It's worth the wait, IF you are in a situation where you can afford to wait.

but this is rather narrow minded don't you think? when people order from a site claiming 2-4 business days and haven't had it fulfilled in much longer than that they are going to be righteously angered. I understand that its a small group running into problems and all, but to say that people are wrong for having complaints over being incorrectly informed over their shipping is a hard argument to back. I doubt and hope that the fb complaints will not hinder sales, but being in the same situation I understand where they're coming from.

then again I applaud Sooner and this company for excellent customer service and innovation. prices this low is a great thing and will assist many lower-budget people stay of cigs.

Yeah, umm...2-4 days is pretty normal for L7V now, and it's much better than before. What really gets me is the folks who are ....hing are doing it here so I have to assume they have been following the situation, and they placed their order anyway! If I were just ordering from a company I found on the internet that promised 2-4 day shipping and it didn't happen, I might be a little concerned; a lot less so if that company's prices are cheaper than what it would cost me to make it myself. If I were offered an apology and explanation for the delay, I would be fine with that.

My suggestion to the folks who are unhappy with waiting; don't order any more juice from L7V. I understand about wanting it now. When I want juice now, I run down to my B&M and pay $.80/ml for it. When I wanted my VTR now, I paid $20 more for it. Deal with it.

The one flavor I'm very surprised I'm not feeling is the gummy bear candy one. I'm thinking others might light it if your not sub ohm vaping because the flavor is realllyyyyy there! I tasted that one long after I was done vaping it. Its not bad...taste exactly like other vendors..just more flavor (which is what I love about everything else I ordered). I need less in this one for sub ohm's though lol.

I'll try my Cinn roll tonight if noone else posts about it. I may be the one who put the banana comment in for Bavarian cream, but I did say that it was a create your own blend with Banana Nut bread and Cinn roll. The Bav Cream gives it a nice donut creamyness and the banana flavor is forward, though not overpowering where the cinn roll comes across the tongue lightly.

I had a longer than "promised" fullfilment/ ship time period but it didn't really irk me knowing their issues at the present time. Sooner is coming in an letting everyone know instead of staying quiet and leaving everyone to wonder. He's hired more staff and is working to correct the problems. Patience will be rewarded.

I think the reason people are so aggravated is, even though Chris has communicated they are behind, he says the turn around is 3-5 days, which is not even close. It is closer to 7-10 days. Most of the time if people know the real deal from the beginning, they don't complain because they have nothing to complain about :)

cinnamon roll is amazing. It has a slight graham cracker taste to it, the cinnamon is well balanced, it doesn't have that "big red" flavor. I think it would mix great with vanilla bean ice cream. All in all it reminds me of those tubes of cinnamon rolls you get in the store

Was this your comment on their website "Very pleasant banana flavor. If you like banana, you will like this one." If so, yours was a custom mix of flavors you ordered and not just the bavarian cream right? Just curious because I would love to try the Bavarian cream..,but don't need any more juice that has a hint of banana in it :) thanks!

I'm sold on the cinnamon roll over the snicker doodle cookie now :). Now I'm sure Chris will post 14 new flavors and I'll probably like half of them bringing my total for the next order to close to 20 flavors lol.

I think I might stick to sub ohm dripping from now on cause the flavor is 100 times better and overall hassle is so much less. Even with my Aqua atomizer at .5ohm now.... It doesn't compete to my dripper at .4ohm (usually I'll do between .2 to .4ohm). I can rebuild the thing in 5 minutes and change the cotton in 2min. I've gotten a lot faster since changing it to try all these flavors I ordered :). The flavor from my protank mini doesn't even come closeeeeee to either of the above setups. I'll probably list that with an ego battery for sale on the classifieds soon:2cool:

What't wrong with you? Have you been following the situation? Yes, they said 2-4 days to fill an order but a LOT of us ordered OVER a week ago. I ordered 8 days ago and some people ordered 10 or more days ago and it's still awaiting fulfillment. That's why they are complaining. Sooner said orders would be going out in 2-4 days (read his post below for yourself) and it's been more than two times longer than their longest estimate on both their own site at checkout & in these forums. Get with reality. They promised 2-4 days processing time, not 10-12 days. They have earned their complaints for this.

Nobody is complaining about their eliquids, just their broken promise for 2-4 day processing. Catch a clue.

Also, not towards anyone here... but please keep in mind our processing time is 2-4 business days right now, and we are closed on weekends. This is stated in the terms at checkout in the box that must be checked before entering your credit card information.

We have several cases of glass bottles and about 10-15 new flavors, just cant find the time to add them... I will be doing a free shipping over certain dollar amount probably next week when things are back on track... Once we get the 2 new guys trained, I will also put up another sale.. I just cant do these until we are caught up and have these guys trained so we can pump the juice out on time... I have changed the CURRENT processing time to 3-5 business days. This will change once the new guys start. We will be able to pump orders within 3 business days.. We are still growing.. Our main goal is to eventually have orders shipped in 1-2 days, and we are working towards that, it just may take a while.. I apologize for everyone who was told would ship on a certain date and are having to wait.. We are ALMOST back on track, probably one more day and we will be back on schedule with the 2-4 day shipping.. Thanks again everyone!

Also, yes still doing sample pack.. just have to find some time to add it with the other stuff.. I also want to do some giveaways and some good sales, just cant make that happen until we get these guys trained to handle more volume

So what am I looking at realistically I ordered this morning I'm order #3439.

Chances are you will not be getting the 3-5 business days fulfillment time that is stated in the checkout process and certainly not the 2-4 day fulfillment time Sooner said we could expect a week ago. I placed my order OVER a week ago and it's still awaiting fulfillment and some people have been waiting even longer. To me, it's worth the wait. This company has nice eliquids (some VERY nice) at the best prices. If you need your eliquids shipped quickly go somewhere else but if you don't mind waiting then definitely give 7 Vape a shot.

If you decide to order here don't miss Peanut Butter Cup or Banana Nut Bread if you like candy bar or bakery vapes. They're both killer! Caribbean Breeze is outstanding if you like refreshing pineapple vapes but it could be just a touch sweeter for me so adding a small bottle of sweetener from their DIY section isn't a bad idea. Lots of people say Strawberries and Cream is to die for. I wish I had ordered it myself but I forgot to add it to my last order. If you don't mind a long wait you should definitely try these guys.

PS: I placed an order at another vendor at 12:55pm today and I got a tracking number at 2:13pm! Less than 1 hour 20 minutes from order placed to shipped out. The juice was a lot more expensive though. It comes down to whether you want to save time or money.

this is exactly what my point was. to tell people they are complaining for no reason is rather odd considering the circumstances. also telling people to not order from L7V doesn't make any sense... they want the product and prices they just want accurate shipping times. If it was listed accurately the complaints would be MUCH lower.


also my order from the 25th was marked as shipped yesterday, but the tacking number is still showing no movement even today... so not sure if really shipped or they just wanna shut me up lol.

oh well, im still very much excited to get my order.

just make sure you are checking the right tracking place...UPS vs USPS and also it could be that the label was printed and it is ready to go and it just has not been picked up yet.......not sure what is exactly going on but I understand everyone's frustration it is not fun to order and then wait and wait and wait for shipping but know that Sooner will do his best to get your order out as quick as possible and I hope you will be very happy once you get your juice.....I was in the same boat as y'all with my first order but once I got my juice I was happy of course.....LOL happy enough to order a second time and having tried the juices from the second order I will be placing a 3rd soon

I understand everyone's frustration. We are just about caught up. Please keep in mind it's also business days as we are closed weekends (won't be this weekend) take that into account as well. There are a lot of people getting mad at us for not hiring more people and because I only trust a few people to mix juice. We have hired people, they need trained. As far as only trusting a few people to mix our juice, this should be positive. I don't want just anyone mixing I'm sure you wouldn't want that either. We have had a lot of set backs, but as I said we will be caught back up probably tomorrow. We are only behind on about 30-40 orders that are past the 2-4 business day deadline which was just changed to 3-5 days untill we get caught back up. This should be resolved by end of day to tomorrow. I'm going to keep our processing time at 3-5 business days (remember, Monday through Friday only) even though once caught up it won't take this long, just so you get it sooner rather than being late. This way if I promise 1-2 days and its 1 day late we won't catch crap for it. I apologize everyone. I have had a lot of people ask about glass bottles the same packs and the new flavors I cannot list them untill we get caught up and get time. I havent had time to list them on the site.. Same for those asking about a sale, there is simply no way we can have a sale untill caught up and the new hires are trained. Sorry! Thanks again guys

Best of luck Chris. I completely agree...don't just train anyone to make juice! I know a couple shop owners who will only make it themselves. Its quality control. You want juice to be consistent time and time again...and having 1 or a select few to handle that process is the way to go. Hire people to do the easy stuff like dropping off the mail or packaging products. The one shop owner works 15 hour days and makes juice at night instead of sleeping half the time lol... Its great consistent juice time and time again! He doesn't want people running off with his juice recipes either lol.

Looking forward to the new products!

A "sale"? The greedy twits are asking for a "sale"? How much less do they expect to save from an already low price? When you had the 'Buy 2 get 2" or Buy 3 get 1" - whichever it might have been you were buried and problems escalated. A "sale"? I'll never understand the greed of people. Perhaps a "contest" - a few small prizes - whatever - but a 'sale"? Asking for a "sale" is like robbing you without using a weapon. Filling orders in a timely manner on a VERY REASONABLY PRICED "juice" should be enough and should be your only goal right now; obviously for some - it is not. That alone is ridiculous. If they want a "sale" send 'em to Sears.
