A "sale"? The greedy twits are asking for a "sale"? How much less do they expect to save from an already low price? When you had the 'buy 2 get 2" or buy 3 get 1" - whichever it might have been you were buried and problems escalated. A "sale"? I'll never understand the greed of people. Perhaps a "contest" - a few small prizes - whatever - but a 'sale"? Asking for a "sale" is like robbing you without using a weapon. Filling orders in a timely manner on a VERY REASONABLY PRICED "juice" should be enough and should be your only goal right now; obviously for some - it is not. That alone is ridiculous. If they want a "sale" send 'em to Sears.

Tom

TBH, I am one of those guyz, but I guess you do not like to read? People are asking for sale because Chris said it himself quite a few times that there will be sale pretty soon.

I understand everyone's frustration. We are just about caught up. We are only behind on about 30-40 orders that are past the 2-4 business day deadline which was just changed to 3-5 days untill we get caught back up. This should be resolved by end of day to tomorrow. I'm going to keep our processing time at 3-5 business days (remember, Monday through Friday only) even though once caught up it won't take this long, just so you get it sooner rather than being late. This way if I promise 1-2 days and its 1 day late we won't catch crap for it. I apologize everyone.

This is a good idea but I'd feel more confident in your claim that you're "just about caught up" if my order from last Wednesday was shipped. I'm not in a rush, and I love some of your flavors, but results speak louder than promises. Still, of all the problems a business can have, tones of customers making more orders than you can fill is a pretty good one. I hope you can iron out the wrinkles and get things running smoother.

Though TBH, there is no reason for your order to be delayed. AFAIR, its just pure VG, sweetener and things like that, so there are no custom mixes that needs to be performed.

I know my order this time is a simple one but it wouldn't be right for them to ship my order out any sooner than the order# dictates. I think one issue slowing things down may be having too many flavors that are all available with adjustable pg/vg ratios and flavor shot options. It must make quality control and order fulfillment a nightmare. They're still a young company. Hopefully they'll streamline their product line by cutting the weak selling flavors loose and maybe even offering their eliquids in only a standard pg/vg and max vg options. I just don't see how they can keep offering so many flavors and options at these prices without having a lot of struggles. It takes a lot of manpower to pull all this off. Sometimes less is more. I will be reordering more of a few flavors so they're certainly doing some things right.

Chris, I wish you guys did a membership program cause I'd pay monthly or a yearly fee to have access to your products and prices! Have a juice of the month where you get a free 30ml each month. Offer free first class usps shipping to members on regular orders. And then members are the ones who receive these sales only. O how I would be in heaven if this happened lol :)

OK really here it the deal I want my stuff. When I ordered I had no clue about all of the issues. I ordered based on the 2-4 day. It has now been 11 days and it is not even been made. I am a new customer and this is so far leaving me with a bad perspective on things. And the fact is I was told on this thread that my order would be processed by Monday it is now Friday and still nothing.

I know a lot of you are going to have a field day with my comment but keep in mind you have tried the liquids and have first hand knowledge of the quality, I don't not how am I supposed to know that it is so called worth the wait.

TBH, I am one of those guyz, but I guess you do not like to read? People are asking for sale because Chris said it himself quite a few times that there will be sale pretty soon.

Certainly I read the many posts in this thread just as I read ALL in the previous thread; that one went on and on and on banging on Chris when orders exceeded his capacity to fulfill. In that thread (which was much MUCH greater in length than this one) he repeatedly spoke of having "a sale" when orders were finally on an even plane. Having a "sale" was the second most popular topic after "bashing Chris". It was his attempt to make people 'happy' - it did not work then - it simply resulted in him getting further and further behind and I doubt it would work now simply because it would result in the same massive increase in orders .......... and without a doubt more complaints.

Chris was and is still nearly giving the juice away. His "profits" are no doubt minimal when factoring in rent, employees, utilities, ingredients and so on. Thus, a "sale" even when mentioned by Chris himself is simply to calm the vultures lurking near his torso. His intentions are good. He bends over backwards to make customers happy - even those who are well aware his shipping times are notoriously slow as a result of multiple factors. He estimates when orders will be shipped and then the date cannot be met so the 'hole' becomes deeper and deeper - yet people continue to order simply because of the already 'low price'. He then is forced to recycle excuses in an attempt to keep people happy; it is one mistake after another. A "sale" would be a massive mistake no matter where the idea originated nor how good the intent.

Chris and his customers needs to realize a freaking "SALE" combined with already LOW-LOW-PRICES is what got him in the predicament he fought for six-weeks or more to get through. A "sale" is unnecessary and he should forget the idea - period. I have no doubt Chris repeatedly mentions a "sale" in an attempt to keep the masses 'happy', however a 'happy place' will never be reached by far too many people out here - no matter the price.

What would happen if Chris were to increase prices to the average level of his competition, say $4.99 to $5.99 per 10 or 12 milliliters? I guarantee sales would plummet. Some say his juice is "good" others say it is "great" and others give it the same review as they do any other vendor who is hyped on this forum. Right now many 'customers', both new and repeat, buy primarily because the juice is 'inexpensive' and of acceptable quality. Yes, some offer "reviews" that are quite positive - even exceptional - but every vendor receives virtually the same reviews. Unless a juice is downright 'gross' people tend to stay positive and when the juice is priced at the level it is now "sale" or no "sale" the orders will come. Chris has already experienced the negative side of receiving too many orders in too short a time period. He could not keep up with demand; he hired new people and had to train those people and now it appears he is back in the same position - training and being behind. Why in the world make it worse with an unneeded 'sale'?

I stand firm in my belief that if people want a "sale" - if they feel they deserve a "sale" and if Chris feels a "sale" is necessary in addition to already ridiculously low prices the problems experienced since this business launched will never be resolved.

You want a "sale".......... follow my lead ......... go to Sears.

"...no reason for your order to be delayed....its just pure VG, sweetener and things like that...". A prime example of not 'reading' and having no idea - absolutely none - what Chris has been through since launching his business.

I have no doubt if prices were more in line with the competition a vast number of the "TBH" people would not buy a single bottle.

Yes definitely, I am one of those guyz who is ordering because of the prices. Otherwise there are a lot more established players from where I can order. Btw from your statement it seems you are one of the generous people who like to support New businesses who charge the same as established one simply out of the goodness of your heart? And Which is why you are here?

You simply have no business acumen sadly which makes somewhat of your valid points sound ridiculous at the end.

P.S. Though I was not here since the beginning of the other thread, but I put in my first order in that thread only at the old prices.

Fledgling businesses usually go through some growing pains and Lucky 7 is obviously having its share.
When a company sells a quality product at a fraction of the cost of the competitors, its probably going to get swamped with orders.
I suppose Chris could double the price of his juices and thin the clientele to a managable number. That might work.
I don't mind suggesting this because I already have over a liter of his juices in my refrigerator.:)

Meanwhile, in tasting news...

So last night I broke into two more flavors, not quite getting to a third.

Peach Rings ~ I guess I was expecting a more gummi peach than what I did get which was/is a very nice fresh peach flavor. I would suppose if you are a little more sensitive to the sweeteners, your experience may vary. However I was very pleased with the juice. As with most of the flavors I've tried, it doesn't overpower your senses. About the only thing missing is the little furry bits you get when you bite into a fresh peach. Nice lingering flavor and quite pleasant.

Spearmint ~ YUM! Cooling sensation, great spearmint flavors, nice vapor and throat hit. I popped a lifesavor candy and it was spot on. and then the wheels started to turn...

Peach Rings and about 10% Spearmint ~ I can't put this down. I use 1ml CE3xl tanks because I like to change out flavors during the day. I loaded up my 3ml tank last night and am still puffing away. Muted peach flavors with a cool vape that lingers on and on. If you have these two flavors, try giving your peach a slight boost with mint.
