Hey guys, I know we have not been responding lately. I apologize. Things can never go right for us! We are pretty far behind and will be shutting the site down soon to get caught up. We are about 1 week past our normal processing time on orders. Two of our main employees quit on us which didn't help things any. Sorry everyone for letting you all down all the time.

The clean room should be completed by the end of this week, which should drop processing times down to 2-3 business days AFTER we get caught up.

Does this mean you will be in and processing there or just moving in at the end of the week?

I'm not gonna complain I have been reading what your up against ,and I'm in no hurry for my juice but I've tried to reach you several times ,once I was told you were going to look into my order and get back to me but I never heard back.I just want someone to let me know my order isn't gone. my order date on this was 4/29.please contact me concerning this.

Depends on the juice. I could vape some right away....some are still steeping in hopes they get better.

I bought the "sample packs", 8 of them, and gave them 2 weeks before I started with them. Not found any that were horrid or non vapable.

Well I'll give them some more time then, so far they aren't to my taste which is unfortunate since I really like the pricing and was hoping to put in a larger stockpile order. We'll see how it changes them, typically I've had luck with fruit flavors from other vendors out of the box these however didn't do well in the initial taste test

I think we are going to just shut the doors. I regret to say it. We have enjoyed having everyone as customers, and apologize for all the issues since day 1. We will continue to pump out the orders that have been placed. If there is still inventory left over, we will be selling it off on our site. We had another vapor company come In and take over our lease at our new place. They will not be operating under our name though. I will keep everyone posted..

Dang, I hate to hear that. I really enjoy some of the flavors I got from you and so do some of my customers. Will the new company be using your recipes? And will they be at a similar price point. In my area, it's next to impossible to sell juices at more than $5 per 10ml. So buying cheap in bulk is necessary to make any profit.

oh man. you can push thru. just get caught up by keeping the site closed for a few days. then reorganize. maybe just have the site open a few hours a day as you figure everything out.
