Sure am sorry to hear this, Chris. I ...... away a bunch of money on a bunch of lousy juice over the years looking for a supplier that produced a quality product at a reasonable price. I finally found your site and juices and knew my search had ended.
Sigh....., I don't know that I have it in me to start the search over again.:(
Good luck to you in your future endeavors.

This is exactly how I feel. I hope there is some Phoenix from the ashes action here.

Good luck Chris. I placed an order with you, I understand what it's like trying to run a business in this economy, having to depend on other vendors and suppliers makes it even tougher. Keep your head up, I sent you a non-order related message. I have a pending order, if you need to put it to the end of the list, double up on stuff and not send others, or anything else, send me a PM, I'll help in any way I can. God Bless. I'd prefer you keep my money for your overhead and expenses and trade me out something, over a refund. One small business owner to another, I wish I could do more.

As of now, we are going to be shutting down. Unless a miracle happens, we may be able to stay up and running. We would atleast have to leave the site turned off until we could get everything caught up, and then reopen, if we did. We have had numerous issues since day 1 with the site, credit card processing, employees, inventory etc. We hate to see it all end now. Everyone has worked hard to get to where we are now. We have a lot of faithful customers (thank you) and a lot of people who hate us (sorry!) We will continue to fight and try and stay open.

Man, this is not what I was hoping to hear. I just placed my first order with you on 5/22 so hopefully it gets filled. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it all works out somehow. We all need a vendor like Lucky 7 Vapes.

Last week I finally decided to give L7 a shot, and now this happens. :( Just my luck.

It was a small order but needed to test a few flavors before I placed a big order that would've lasted me a couple years. Unfortunately I've had to request a refund. I hope at some point down the road you can figure everything out and reopen bigger and better.

We will try and reopen once the orders are all caught up, if we can get the staffing situation handled and our inventory situation back on track as well. It will take quite a bit, but we will try.. No promises, but we are going to try our best..

i hope you can work it out. Maybe only offering your 10 - 15 best selling juices with scaled down options and a slight price increase may be a way for you to ease back into it. i would pick flavors that are the easiest, fastest and cheapest to mix. only three PG/VG options (70/30, 50/50, 30/70), four nic options (0/6/12/18), and four options (30/120/2xx). that's it, just juice. no more hardware, DIY supplies, etc until you get your juice production process down to a science.

Having a scaled down menu would A - hopefully simplify and speed up the production process, B - weed out some of the difficult orders that contain ton of different flavors in all different sizes, nic % and PV/VG ratios (im sure these slow down production and also drive the employees crazy). C - lower inventory cost and, D - (hopefully) increase profit.

Im just brainstorming and dont know if any of these idea's can be applied to a e-juice company, but i hope they can help.

best of luck.

Chris, You are/were by far my favorite juice supplier. Take what you have learned, start over and with baby steps grow large. I know you have the skills.
