Has anyone else noticed that some of the long time vendors are completely losing it?!

Finding a decent RY4 is a pain, vendors are selling "flavorings" that have no flavor in the first place, my normal favorites from a number of the vendors are losing the flavor. The juices are becoming more and more clear...

If I wanted to puff VG then I have some of that... Is anyone else noticing this? I am highly dissapointed in vendors that I have been buying from for almost a year... Top quality has now gone to complete ...... For the past 2 months I can't get a decent batch...

I guess it's just time to make my own juice exclusively, I have been doing it for months, killing the competition's quality with in house mixing.. But I always fell back to the vendors for their tobacco flavors because I don't have the ingredients, I guess I need to buy those ingredients..

Rant over.

I do know what you mean... but I think it might be less of a vendor issue and more of a time to spice it up issue. RY4 lost it's fascination for me... I tried many different... now I am stuck on Taboo from Liquid Express as my RY4 replacement... a little sweeter and sharper... try it... also, the Freedom by Halo... this one is less sweet, but it took the place of RY4 for me as well.

I haven't been vaping long enough to really say I notice a decline in juice quality. I can tell you some of the companies that get great reviews on this forum have sucked big time.

I received about 10 bottles of juice from the vendor all different flavors sizes and strengths only to find none of them have any flavor :-x. I'm thinking the site may have had a great product at some point but the quality went downhill.

I have tried v4l's cartos as a test from the classifieds to see if I desired more.

I DID desire more, AND they were GREAT!

I ordered about $50 in cartos, and... let's just say that the flavors were about 30% worth the purchase. The others were right on on the nic, but the flavors were sub-standard. They had if not just a hint of flavor, then none! (The VG carto samplers were mostly pretty darn-good though!)

I get a bad bottle here and there, but no overall drop in quality. However, I'm relatively new to this game, so I don't have a year-old basis for comparison. I can say that of the substandard juices, they've both been tobacco flavours, one each from a couple of vendors who've been gold to me. I got a mostly tasteless Turkish Blend and a completely tasteless Do More, Eh. But then I'm a DIY fanatic, so the tasteless stuff is just more base PG or VG for me.

As to RY4, Scott Bonner said it best in his Janty Stick review:

"One minute I love it, the next minute I can't stand the stuff."

Tough to say. I have been using Halo and Johnson Creek. I noticed that Halo juice is thin and doesn't last long. A 30ml bottle of JC lasts me about a month, and a 30ml bottle of Halo lasts half that long. But I just resupplied myself with a bunch of JC in anticipation of the New York State ban, and I have to day, I am disappointed. Not much vapor, no throat hit, little flavor. Very different experience from the JC I bought a couple of months ago.

So maybe juice quality is going down, but then again, maybe my attys are starting to fail. Hard to say.

No doubt, I've notice the same thing with respect to tobacco flavors in the last few months. I doubt it's the vendors/mixers state side intentionally doing this as much as their flavor suppliers in china.

I noticed the same thing with JC, my first sampler order seemed good, placed a regular order...so so. It could just be me.

Haven't used a ton of suppliers but nhalers highvoltage, TV and Halo are my favorites. Except for the pear lung, I've only done samples of nhaler but so far not dissapointing at all. TV is good and the pricing is very good. Halo has me spoiled but I agree, I go through alot of it....maybe because I vape it nonstop!
