question about BLU cartridges...

okay so I received my BLU premium ecig 3 days ago...I ordered 20 extra cartridges to come with it...now my question is, is there a company I can buy cartridges for cheap that will fit my blu? can I refill my blu myself? can I buy blu cartridges in any stores in New Jersey? I'm very new to the world of vaping and would really need a good explanation and itstructions if I'm going to refill myself.. very much thanks in advance.

If I remember correctly, the Blu uses a Joye 306 compatible cart (I could be wrong though) .

Edit: Never mind, I just noticed the link I posted was for cartridges, not cartomizers

510 carts also fit and work on a Blu, but they're a little larger in diameter.

Actually, you may be better served the other way round......your blues will fit and reg sized 510, and the 510 will prolly give you a much better hit.....and you would not be in a pinch to find something that fits........blues are proprietary while 510's are one of the most popular.....your call, just a suggestions.......

I use empty 306 cartomizers not cartridges from 306 Cartomizer there is no picture but they look just like the Blu cartos and they are black. The other choice you have is buy from here VOLCANO Pre-Filled Cartomizers these come blank or prefilled they have very good flavors. Volcano also sells juice to refill with. If you look on the top of the page at Volcano there is a forum tab go there the model that is the same as the Blu is their Volcano model. There is some good info from the Volcano forum and I have had very good luck with their products.

Didn't mean to confuse you....I only mean that both will fit on both.....flbutterfly has a good idea...take a look at the link provided......I'm sorry that there is so much to learn and that it takes a while........
in the ecig world, we talk about the connection threading....i.e. where the atty+cart or the cartomizer(atty with the cart all in one).....fits into the battery.....
The threading for the blu's and the 510 match each other so can be interchangable.....

I've heard good things about the volcano cartomizers, but 1 problem, they're almost just as expensive for blu cartridges on the blu site...how is volcanos shipping? free? fast?

If you go that route, make sure you don't try to charge any battery other than your Blus with your Blu charger. Their batteries, while compatible with other atomizers, are reverse polarity. The atomizer doesn't care about polarity, but your charger and batteries do.

Do not charge your Blu batteries on anything other than a Blu charger, and vice versa.

If you're like most of us, you'll move on from the Blu before too long anyway. For what they charge for cartos, you can get something nice and come out ahead pretty quickly...

And if it is the current Blu model then they are called cartomizers aka cartos (they are a combined disposable cart+atomizer that holds juice AND screws right on the battery)

The OLD Blu used separate atomizer and cartridges aka carts (the atomizer heats and the cart is just plastic and stuffing and it pushes onto the atomizer)

Some vendors that only sell one cartomizer model of ecig (i.e. a 2-piece ecig) may call cartomizers "carts" or "cartridges" to not confuse people but they are cartomizers.

Look on the Blu site and see if they have any physical shops. You cannot buy Blu cartos in other vendors. However Blu can use blank 510 Boge cartomizers in the 3ohms version (standard resistance) and if you can find them, it can also use blank Joye 306 cartomizers in standard resistance. It can use any 510 threaded standard resistance cartomizers and almost all of those are blanks. Use VaporSearchUSA.com to find shops in NJ that might have blank 510 standard resistance cartomizers (or you may find some Chinese-juice prefilled ones).

NOTE - Blu uses 510 threading but is not electrically compatible with 510. Cartomizers don't care. Chargers and batteries DO care. If you put a 510 in a Blu charger or vice versa it may fry or melt or explode or start a fire

you can check 7eleven. i'm from philly and some stores here carry them.
i started vaping with blu as well. but i found it both cheaper and more fun to get a better quality vape machine ( bombshell by hot vapes) and it's more productive for me. Blu is a great way to get into vaping but it didn't last long for me.
