The Blu is a 510 threaded device, so any standard resistance cartomizer should work on it just fine. However, the battery is similar to a j108 model so it is slightly thinner than a standard 510 battery. If aesthetics matter to you, then you should look to Volcano or the Modern Vapor Sidesho for cartomizers which will be the same size as the Blu cartomizers.

If you're asking about flavors, the blend that Johnson Creek provides to Blu is proprietary. None of their commercial blends will be exact, but there are some that come close. There is a Blu sub-forum further down on the main page. If you look through there you may find some similar flavor suggestions.

Good luck to you. Welcome to the club.

You might find the best answers to your question about Blu cartridges here: Blu Electronic Cigarettes

You can't post there until you get 5 posts here in the New Members forum, but there's a wealth of information there, and I'll bet many people have had similar questions.

Good luck, and welcome to ECF!

edit: Whoops! I see Johnnie Price gave already gave you almost the same answer I did. Well, great minds think alike! :)

No harm in that. :) Congrats on the 1 year mark, even though it comes a bit late. :)

I bought the e juice from JC's Tundra and Domestic and solstice for the fruity flavor and then I went further and bought their Vea setup bigger battery and it will vape the carts that Blu sells if you want a longer life battery pop the blu carts on this Vea battery it will change your whole vape exp..coming from blu and the small batteries ..also they have these canteens you can fill and use on the Vea burns their liquids nicely...

Today I can say about blu electronic cigarette. blu electronic cigarette is a website that I have know about it. You can get many kind of Blu Cigs Electronic Cigarette Packs, Batteries, Chargers, Premium Starter Kits, Cartridges and Disposables blu electronic cigarettes information in this website. If you more details go to that website. Thanks

I have not done this, but the Vea carts are 510 threaded, so those should work, but might look weird on your Blu 100 batt. You can find many different cartomizer and tank options with 510 threading from almost any online retailer. If you want to stick with Johnson's Creek's offerings, they also sell 510 threaded cartomizers that are different from the Vea versions. Good luck and happy vaping!

Johnson Creek Domestic is closest to Blu's tobacco flavor. YOu can use regular cartos, but really the Blu batteries do not last too long, so many an Ego is a good next step?

I started on Blu and agree the Domestic is close...mixed with a bit of Tennesee Cured is nice too. I've bought the Blu refills when I didn't plan ahead and refilled them. Any 510 connection battery will usually work with Blu carts. Ego is good as are other batteries even if they need an adapter to make the 510 connection. Also agree that Blu batteries tend to suck. Fin batteries (if you like the "cigalike" or want to stealth vape") are pretty good for a few hours.

+1. I've also tried the Boge cartomizers with good results. Madvapes and others carry them.

I started on a Blu...just wasn't for me. Glad I didn't give up at that point. While the feel in your hand is so close to an analog, a bigger battery provides better vapor. It seemed that I was constantly wanting another puff on the Blu, then would get the flashing light and have to wait to take another puff. That being said, I did enjoy some of their flavors and I'm considering ordering some smoke juice from Johnson Creek. Any suggestions?
