question about carto tanks

so, i made a carto tank out of a 20ml syringe and my own cartos, i used this carto all day today with no issues, made the tank, punched the carto, filled it up..... and all i taste is burning... the carto is wet.... am i missing something here?

It helps to add about 6 or so drops into the filler end of the carto, but you said it was wet, so maybe you already did.

yeah, i had been using the carto all day, filled it, spun it, did my normal thing, only diff is i punched holes in it and put it in a tank
