Best Carto for a Carto tank?

Just looking to tap into some of the more experienced users of carto tanks on here to see which cartos they find the best?

I'm using a smok carto tank at the moment, although will probably upgrade to something better at some point and have just tried a couple of the pre-punched cartos in it so far (smok & boge). I found the boge ones seem to give a more burnt taste quicker than the smok, although they are about half the price. Are there better cartos out there? I dont have a carto punch yet, but if it's worth getting one in order to get a better carto that isnt pre-punched then thats fine too.

I use 3-hole smoktek and ikenvape PUNCH cartomizers. I don't punch my own cartomizers, and I haven't had a tank leak primarily due to buying pre-punched cartomizers. Boge's wicks are too compact for me, and it sounds to be the case for you as well.

Yeah, i've read a few things about this being a problem for some people with the boges. I like the fact the smok ones are flanged too so worth the extra in that respect.

I use Ikenvape platinum punched (2 hole) - my first pick.
Then Boge 2 small laser drilled + 2 larger drilled holes (4 holes total) for me boge's work okay if properly primed before mashing the fire button for the first time. Sometimes they can be a real PITA to thoroughly prime.
Then I use a clearo of some sort usually a bcc before (IMO) wasting juice on other carto's.

I use 50/50 juices.

My first choice are Ikenvape 510 Fusion or Platinum, punched.

Second choice is Smoktech pre-punched with two holes. I've not had good luck with Boge; they are more difficult to prime and have been inconsistant.

My juices are 50/50 pg/vg.

I've never had a problem with either the unpunched or laser-slotted Boges. There was a time when they had some problems, known as "Bogegate" but I never got any of those. AFAIK, they're still Phil Busardo's favorite:

Sure glad we have choices. HOW you vape is what will determine which carto will work best. So there really isn't one correct answer.
For example when I switch from Boge to SmokTech, I simply change the way I draw on it so that I maximize the efficiency of each type.

I've been using the boge F16 cartos@1.7-1.8ohm and they are great. Usually they last around 3 weeks but i'm not a heavy vaper so YMMV

I use slotted Cartos LR (~2,0 Ohm) kicked 8,5 Watt and Pipesauce(VG) in SnP-/Trap- or Loki tank, so I get best taste reference and fog in the living room till trouble with my wife. Sorry, too much new Smoktech cartos are junk.

Mate, you use any DCT-tank for F16 ?
